Last week I watched the movies again, (yes, it's getting pathetic ;D) and every time I watch the scene when the Rohirrim come to the rescue at Helm's Deep, there's something that takes away my breath.
The 'cliff' they ride down, it's such a sharp drop, I wonder if that's even possible for a horse to run on! I don't know all that about horses, but it's so scary every wime I see it, I just know someday those horses will fall!!

Ahh that was REALLY impressive, but it was pretty weird how they could make it down the steep hill... wouldnt they trip over each other and everything or get thrown off balance? Hmmm...

They're Rohirric horses, they have super-powers  They can fly, that's what they were really doing, they were flying down the hill, that's why they never tripped. They were just diving from the air. Either that or the digital editor dudes had some fun with that shot. Take your pick. |

Yeah indeed this is my fav. scene in Two Towers. Breath taking scene. I do not know if they are going to fall someday but I know they always come to crush on Uruk Hais.

^Yeah I'd love to know how they did that too. The charge down that hill is amazing. It's one of my favorite scenes in TTT.
