Well, my immidiate choice would be Yavanna, trees and all. But I also really like Tulkas, Ulmo, Mandos, and Nienna (I don't know why Nienna).

I voted for Ulmo. He was very powerful, didn't necessarily need a wife and he is kind as well.

I'll vote for Mandos, as he seemed the most interesting, apart from him, none of them came across as very interesting to me. Lorien is quite intriguing, too.
