I found a site where you can play Risk online. www.conquerclub.comI remember we had a topic about LotR Risk at one point, so I figure there are a few people who might find this interesting. There are a bunch of maps to play on, too, including Middle-Earth. Maybe we can set up some games between Elven Runes members. Time zones shouldn't be a problem because you have 24 hours to complete a turn. My user name is doctordoom. If you sign up, post your username in here and if there's interest we can get a game rolling .

Sounds fun! Does it give instructions, because I haven't a clue how to play Risk ...but I signed up anyway. I'm Haldir of Lorien.

Haldir, it has a how to play section on the site. I'm not sure how detailed it is; I've only skimmed through it. Not that difficult to play, though. You get a certain number of countries at the start of the game. When it's your turn, you get some troops that you can place in your countries.
You can choose to attack any opponent that is next to one of your countries. If you kill all of the troops in a country you conquer it and take it over. The battles are decided through dice rolls. At the end of your turn you can fortify, meaning you can move troops from one of your countries into another country of yours that is next to it.
If you take over at least one country in a turn you get a card. You can hand in sets of cards (either the same colour or one of each colour) to get bonus troops. You also get bonus troops for controlling entire continents and the number of countries you own divided by 3.
It should make a lot of sense when you play. Just remember that you need to be adjacent to a country to attack it, or to fortify. That's probably the easiest thing to get confused about on this site.
