I decided to start a LOTR RPG board and its done for the most Part, Check it out:

This RPG Will be based Before and after the Destruction Of The Ring, Therefore we will start Around the Time Frodo was at Rivendell. If you play an original character, Such as Legolas, You can make them do different things like make them make certain Descisions, but you can't change major decisions they make in the book, Such as if they join the Fellowship or not, If they Stay In Lothlorien, Ect. That Way we won't screw up the story and we can still have Fun and be Creative while RPing. So the RP will start a few days before the Council of Elrond.
We still need alot of Originial characters such as: Frodo, Merry, Boromir, Aragorn, Gimli, Elrond, Arwen, Theoden, Gollum, Eomer, Galadriel, Celeborn, Faramir, Denethor, Saruman, Ect. Made-up characters are also aloud.
