Girl names: Arwen, Míriel, Elbereth, Idril, Indis

Haldir is a easy name. You dont have to shout something like Ce-le-born come here. It'll confuse the poor boy

True... "Arwen" is also really easy to make flow from your mouth comfortably. Imagine a really long name... and when you need to call on your kids: "Celebrimbor and Gimilzagar, come here!"

Hahah they'd better! Or else........................ divorce! Nah, I'm kidding... but I'd insist and cry and sob until I was allowed to. Nah, for me I think it would sound more like: "You'd better let me name the kids or else." "Or else what?" "Trust me, you don't want to know what the 'or else' is so make it easy on yourself and let me take care of the names" XD I'd make his life a living hell lol. I sound mean but no I am not that mean. |

^^LOL Eya, it would! Which is why I would never give my child such a confusing name... heck, I'd even forget how to spell it. ^Hahah just give him a little scare... What would you name a daughter, Mrs. Haldir? |

Yup Good question, there is a lot of nice female elvish names out there, though I really like Idril. |

I would! That's not to say that I'm going to get married or have children, but should I, I probably would.
Pre LOTR it would have been Amy or Keira and David or James. Sickeningly traditional, I know. If I ever have children, it'd be one or two. I don't want more than that.
Female names: Vanya, Alanniel, Aeronniell, Arwen, perhaps even a second Miluiel! XD
Male names: Legolas, Haldir, Orophin, Rumil.
I rather like to invent Elvish- sounding names like these: Celebrial, Elestianel, Cidiriana, Sandriel and so on.
And some other names I might consider: Cleopatra, Nefertari (after Egyptian queens...I used to have a huge obsession with Egypt) and for sons, Ramses, Seti. But that was rather short-lived as I realized how much I would resent my parents if they gave me names like that. XD
