The two are both evil in different levels ... but I myself would say Sauron because I don't know much about Davy Jones. Davy Jones actually tortures people whereas Sauron doesn't do that ... he just kills them really. And Sauron has other forces preventing him from really doing as much as he could do. Davy Jones doesnt. So I guess I can't really tell who's eviler

Well, he could have tourtured people because remember when they say that "One by one, the freelands of middle earth perished". This was suggesting that sauron, although not tourchering them, he still made them work against their will, which in a way was tourcher enough. Also for example, in the Mirror of Galadriel, Frodo saw his home enslaved by the armies of Sauron. So this also suggests that Sauron enslaved people once he was in power. That is why I chose Sauron as my choice for who is more evil, for the fact that he was truely evil, and that his evil never died and was all over the lands of middle earth.

I do not think Davy is a eviler compared to Sauron. Since he can not walk on the land. If you ran to the land, you are free but as for Sauron his forces or servants were cruel, merciless as himself. Sauron is the cruelest oen definitely. Davy Jones does not fear every human being especially Beckett. So I say Sauron
