Would it be better if there had been more elves in the Fellowship, according to Elrond's idea? What say you? (Love that quote ;D ) Now I'm gonna think about what I'm gonna say...

Yeah I think so! The story would have been loads more different ... worse in a way but LOTS more interesting *nods*

Well, of all the books, I think there were the most elves in the Fellowship. But I agree with Haldir. I think it would be a good change.

Lol, I think Eyalan meant the Fellowship, like when Elrond suggested that he send two more of his Elves to join Frodo and the rest instead of Merry and Pippin

Indeed, but perhaps not instead... maybe even added to the Fellowship as it is. I think Glorfindel would make a good sidekick for Frodo as well!

OOH! Okay lol *feels stupid* No, that would have been wonderful. I mean, Boromir probably wouldn't have died if they had another elf on hand. I dunno. I thought the Fellowship was kind of unique with all its quirky hobbits, and it's kind of hard to imagine it different.
