It's a name of a chapter of the movie, when the Elves come to Helms Deep, I still think that the soundtrack is called The Hornburg.

Oh you mean the one when the elves are marching in and then you hear it again when they charge? Well, folca's right, there's a clip of it on the Hornburg but I don't think they ever made it a whole song...it's beautiful though.
