Something is slowing down this board dramatically. Every page I open starts with a pop up asking me if I want to activate some ActiveX element. What is going on?

I get pretty much the same thing while using FireFox, asking me if I want to install a missing plugin. It didn't tell me what it was, or offer me a place to dowbload it though. At least I now know (sort of) what it is.

It must be my software then... Do you have any idea how to get rid of this? I guess it has something to do with the music.

Music? Now I'm confused.
Well, to get rid of the message you could either download the program or maybe there is a button on the pop up that says something along the lines of 'do not show this again'? I'm not sure, we're using different browsers I think.

I think it's because I embedded the music before and had it start automatically.. now it's optional.
