LOL, my brothers and I were planning on running through Wal-Mart in full Jedi Robes having a lightsaber duel, but my dad decided against it.
It's probably just as well, because I'm poor.... don't have the money for a robe!!
I've done my hair like Leia several times- you know, the scene were you first see her? With the cinnamon rolls? And I've just got to say, I've got pretty long hair, and my rolls were only about as big around as my fist, so if somebody's hair really looked like that, it would have to reach to about the floor and back!! ;D

Possibly "A new hope" Becuase when it first came out George was not quite sold on making a triloghy which he wanted to, so alot of people came to know the first movie or chapter 4 as it would also later become known as just "Star Wars"

I do love Star Wars, although I do think Lucas relied to much on Special Effects for the prequel trilogy, and the story and acting suffered for it. The classic trilogy is close to perfect though, as far as good old fasioned storytelling goes

I agree, the Phantom Menance was just painful, I can't even watch it. Lucas was obiviously proud of all the new toys he had at his disposal, but they did take way too much space away from the story. Lord of the Rings had tremendous effects as well, but it did not pull away from the message that they were trying to get across. What did everyone think as Christensen replacing Sebestian Shaw as Anakins spirit at the end of ROTK? Original DVD Release I know *alot* of people made a huge fuss about that, which lead to the DVD's being offered out again without the change. I have heard a couple of arguments, The first being that Shaw passed away and that was kind of his rite to fame. Then for Hayden being put in, There was that since he was burned terribly at the age that he shows up as a ghost that he would not have grown to look like Shaw, and that the "Force Ghost" was created when the good part of Anakin died and was taken over by Vader.

I thought it was neat...
And I agree about the prequals. So many bad actors! Obi-wan was good, Mace was good. Padme was good sometimes....
I wince everytime I hear Anikan say "Yipee!" in Watto's shop.

Sabestian Shaw just looks so non threatning compared to Hayden Christensen. I am not bothered, It was just kind of a surprise to see it after I was used to the old school way. It was just alot of the older fans didn't want that sweet little moment changed. I thought that the acting was pretty decent in the prequels actually, Considering what they were given to go on. The part that always gets to me is the slaughter of the Jedi in the temple, Espically the Children. I had remained completely spoiler free for ROTS, and I kind of thought it may be coming. I know its not real but everytime I just feel like yelling "Anakin! No!" Its hard to watch

I saw every movie but even though it is a trilogy, it makes no sense. Come on the story was dumb but was a good movie after all. I admired the visual effects that were used in the movie.

Your right, It does not make much sense when you consider that we are watching what, 20 years into the future and then 20 years later we go back and watch all the stuff that lead up to the fall of Republic, I found the backwardness of it kind of amusing myself.
