well i may take an extra effort but their is a way.
Go into your profile, then click on book-mark, then Preferences. Click on the drop box and put it at email.
So, to find out when people post, you simply bookmark the page and everytime someone posts, you will recieve an email. However, you may have to rebookmark it everytime you go, but im not too sure. Hope this helps!
