Other members have them also. And everyone has a small menu saying smite - exalt. As you can see you now have one karmapoint. (correction, you have now 2!) You cannot exalt your own karma, so I gave you some.
When you have exalted someone you will see that this person gets an extra karma point. Now you'll have to wait for a certain amount of time before that menu reappears in everyone's boxes.
You can do this anonimously, tell someone in the tread you are in or just random and you may share it here. That's what this tread is about.
Just one of the awesome features this board has!
You might wanna check out your profile and search for the box User-Smilies as well... But that's a whole different topic..
