I guess they are both orcs. If he is Radagast on the left corner of the pic, how the orc can not notice him?? If PJ was put him in the moives, Radagast would make an appearance in a more clear way not blurry. Since every character who has a major role seems more clear.

I agree PJ would have made his appearance more obvious. On the other hand, he would have to explain the whole story then. And Radagast was no enemy to the orcs at that point.

He was one of Istaris, a wizard like Saruman. In the pic which is at the first page we discuss if this him in the pic at the left corner.

I reconize that image, It was created for a trading card game for Lord of the Rings. Thats how images of a couple of characters from the books, but didn't make it to the movies still had actors cast for them. Such as Elrohir and Elladan, were in the books but they cast an actor (Yes, Just one person...they were twins so he posed for both) to pose for the cards, I seem to remeber someone seeing those images and swearing that they would show up in the movies somewhere.
Radagast did play a slightly minor part, as is my understanding that it was Saruman who sent him to find Gandalf, and give him the message he was to meet Saruman therefore setting the trap that had been laid.

You're absolutely right anwyn. Luckily Radagast regretted his actions and sent Gwaihir to the resque. I wonder where some fans had seen Elrohir and Elladan in the movies.
